The mission of the VFW Post 5477 Auxiliary is to proudly support our veterans, active-duty service members, and their families while also enhancing community outreach in the greater Imperial Beach area through service, fellowship, advocacy, and remembrance. As an extension of the VFW mission, the Auxiliary is dedicated to honoring the sacrifices of those who served and strengthening the bonds between veterans, military families, and the community we call home.
Through volunteer service, patriotic programs, and support for veteran-focused initiatives, the Auxiliary plays a vital role in preserving the legacy of service and sacrifice that defines the Veterans of Foreign Wars. We are committed to promoting patriotism, supporting military families, assisting our Post, and creating meaningful opportunities for members and neighbors to serve together.
